These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of soulmatesbydesign.co and its related services (the “Service”), operated by Soulmates By Design Inc. (“Soulmates By Design,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms.
Soulmates By Design generates your Human Design chart from your birth data and uses a proprietary compatibility engine to help you discover people you may be designed to connect with — soulmates and deep bonds. Chart generation is free. Connecting with certain matches requires connection credits (see below).
Human Design and compatibility insights are provided for personal growth, reflection, and entertainment. They are not a guarantee of any outcome, relationship, or result, and are not a substitute for professional advice.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (including your birth data, which powers your chart) and for keeping your account secure. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account. Don’t impersonate others or create an account with false information.
Soulmates By Design is a space for genuine connection. When interacting with other members, you agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put other members at risk.
Some connections require credits (for example, Soulmate and Deep Bond unlocks). By purchasing credits, you agree to the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
If you participate in our affiliate or referral program, additional terms may apply and will be presented to you. Referral rewards are granted at our discretion and may be withheld in cases of fraud or abuse.
Affiliate earnings are subject to a minimum payout threshold of $100 CAD. Balances below this threshold roll over and become payable once your accumulated earnings reach the minimum.
You retain ownership of the content you add, such as photos and messages. By posting it, you grant us a limited license to store and display it as needed to operate the Service (for example, showing your profile to connections). You’re responsible for ensuring you have the right to share what you upload.
The Service — including our compatibility engine, chart calculations, designs, branding, and content — belongs to Soulmates By Design Inc. and is protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or exploit it without our permission.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time directly from your profile settings (see our Privacy Policy for details on data deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Unused credits may be forfeited in cases of account termination for cause.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee that matches will lead to any specific relationship or outcome, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Human Design insights are scientifically validated. Use the Service at your own discretion, and use good judgment when meeting people.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soulmates By Design Inc., its founders, directors, officers, employees, and affiliates (the “Protected Parties”) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
The Protected Parties are also not responsible for the conduct of any member, for any interaction, meeting, or relationship formed through the Service, or for any harm resulting from your reliance on Human Design or compatibility insights. You interact with other members and make decisions at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of the Protected Parties for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty Canadian dollars ($50 CAD). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be handled by the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
